What are your hours?

Memorial Day to Labor Day (Friday and Saturday): 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or until dark.
Memorial Day to Labor Day (Sunday through Thursday): 10 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, Caddy Shack Rentals hours and days open may vary depending on weather. Hours can vary during the season or with inclement weather conditions. Please confirm with Caddy Shack Rentals employee on latest cart return time.

Do I need a car seat for my child on the golf cart?

The same laws apply as do with cars. Car seats are required for infants and children under 40 pounds.

We do not supply child/infant car seats.

Can my child drive the golf cart?

Children are not allowed to drive golf carts under any circumstances.

Drivers must be 18 and have a valid driver’s licence as well as car insurance.

Can golf carts go on any road on the island?

Yes, golf carts are allowed to be on the road on Kelleys Island.

How fast are the golf carts?

The average speed is about 15-20 mph.

Do you have coupons?

We do not have coupons at this time.

Do you have battery or gas carts?

We have gas carts only.

Can a golf cart be rented overnight?

Yes, carts and bicycles can be rented overnight and for multiple nights.

Mini Golf

Our mini golf course sits in the center of Caddy Shack Square, located downtown Kelleys Island. Great for all ages and abilities, it is an 18-hole course. You can choose to play once or play all day! A mini golf & waffle cone special can also be purchased from either Dipper Dan’s Ice Cream or Caddy Shack Rentals.

Dipper Dan’s ice cream stand serves “Toft’s” brand hand-dipped ice cream, a family-owned local dairy over 120 years old. With a wide variety of flavors, Dipper Dan’s is the perfect stop on a hot summer day.

Additionally, other surrounding attractions in Caddy Shack Square include: Sand Trap Tiki Bar, Caddy Shack Restaurant & Buckeye Bar, Taste by the Lake Coffee shop/café, and Island Mining Company.
